The Solarity Group

Students will learn how to identify inputs and outputs to their work - thereby identifying the processes which we will document.  This is a very interactive and involved course.  Students will document processes on a high level and will actually walk away with documentation that can be used for continuous improvement within their organization.

Requirements:  Laptop computer pre-loaded with Microsoft Word, and Excel.  Visio or other flowcharting software preferred.
