My expectations were met and surpassed. I really enjoyed this class (PM Primer). The trainer was informative and knowledgeable and provided clear concepts to build upon. He was very effective in presenting the materials, very knowledgeable and engaging. I thought the slides were very helpful and appreciate the templates that were provided. I will be using these in the future. Access to the class and the class materials was very user friendly. The virtual environment was nice too.
